I also want a pop up newsletter opt in box. It should only display once for the visitor and not pop up every time they go to a new page or refresh the page.
I also want an opt in page for reports (aka ethical bribe). For example, I want to send people a link via email (which I will take care of) and that link should go to a page that displays a picture of my report and popped up above it should be a box that says "Enter Email address to receive report". Then when the user enters their email, it should automatically send them a new link with the report url.
* I need to be able to upload reports easily and create new ethical bribe pages.

The main screen should match my marketing which I have attached (coloring, wording, etc)
The main part of the home page should also have a link to "Get a free network vulnerability assessment and Dark Web Review for your business" button and it should go to a form to collect their name, company name, phone number, and email address. It should store this information on the site as well as send me an email with the information. The user should also receive a response that we received their request. We use Office 365 for sending/receiving emails.
You can use icons and graphics from current site, but they should only be used if they work with the new design. If not, you need to provide royalty free images/icons for what you build.
The site should also be ecommerce ready. With my help you will add a connection to our processor. A user should be able to purchase one of our services (currently listed on the site) and select number of endpoints to protect and prepurchase on the site.
There should also be a blog for posting articles. The template should have that already, I just want to be sure it works for what we do.
I will provide hosting credentials for you to create and test site.
The site should be fully secured and have MFA enabled for logins. If plugins / add-ins are required to secure the site furhter and need to be purchased, I will purchase what we need. Your guidance is needed.
