Assistance with SSL certificate issue

I am a digital advertiser who has been running a small agency for a few months.
Everything is self-managed and setup by myself
The website is hosted through Vultr cloud servers
I have learned a few basics in order to install the SSL Certificates for the website using Let's Encrypt
I have installed the SSL Certificates using Certbot.
Despite the fact that it is showing that it is working and successful in terminal (using macOS), the padlock appears to not show up on browsers that aren't Chrome.
I have tried to rectify this myself, but have been unssucesful up until this point
It would be great to have someone look at this as it seems to be an easy fix but I am just not able to get there.
