Advice and support on website and server security and penetration testing

I am developing a number of web based platforms in some different code bases and want to ensure they offer the best level of security and prevention from hacking/loss. I am looking for someone to advise me on best practice for server and website security and if the advice and guidance is of a good standard there may be an opportunity to assist with any implementation work.

I would like the advice and guidance provided in a report but also through conversation and queries via chat.

I would also like someone to provide penetration testing for 3 websites to help define the current risk to these websites.
