This project is only for people who speak Albanian -Bidders from Albania, Kosovo and Moldova will be prioritzed. I personally only speak english, so communication is in english.
In Albania, on some websites, it is possible to see limited information about a car and driver from the license plate, such as here: https://web.albsig.al/sq/#/policy/tpl/form/0 - I would like to discover other websites that have this function, and, the source of this data.
The job requires:
1. List at least 5 Car insurance websites in Albania, and if any (apart from albsig) offer this feature.
2. List at least 5 Car parts websites in Albania, and see if any offer a search by license plate.
3. Download 5 Car insurance apps in Albania, and see if any offer a form-prefill by license plate.
4. Look for any services online that can be used to check for (a) License plate validity checker (B) Check car fines based on license plate (c) check vehicle technical control via license plate.
5. Find the Government department in Albania that manages this data, and contact them to ask for the process required to access this data.
This should be a quick job for someone who speaks Albanian.
