I need someone to find me Los Angeles, California resellers who hold live auctions on Youtube and Whatnot

I need someone to find me 5-10 resellers from the Los Angeles, California area who hold live auctions on youtube and whatnot. Both websites do not have any feature to let one search by state or city, so I a not sure if someone knows how to find resellers on whatnot or youtube by location.
The resellers MUST hold live auctions on youtube or whatnot.
When you bid let me know how you will do this and/ or if it is possible or not.
