Update my vtiger from php 5.6 to 7.4 and delete the config from 5.6

Nnote that I have an installation of vtiger version 6.5 on a server and a colleague updated the system to php 7.4 and the system configuration was lost and the profile is not saved, I would like to know if you can recover the configuration by installing the version ioncube which corresponds I don't know what it is =( and I don't know what php modules had to be installed.
