Team of web researchers needed

I own websites that provide information to Canadians on government programs. My database contains 2,450 government programs.
I am looking for a small team of web researchers who can quickly and accurately validate one specific point of information in the database: the deadline of each government program. Again, there are 2,450 programs in my database, and I need the deadline for each program validated.
I need a team of web researchers to do this, because I need the work completed by the end of December (or sooner).
My database contains the URL for each government program (called “Program Contact” in the database). This job will entail clicking the URL for each government program, then browsing the web page to find the deadline for the program (what you will be looking for is words like “Deadline”, “Intake”, and “Cutoff”, as well as “Application”). You will then add the correct deadline to the “Deadline” column.

Bidders MUST (1) briefly describe how many people they will assign to this job, and (2) briefly describe at least two (2) similar projects they have completed.
I do not have a large budget for this project, but I will be happy to give the winning bidder a 5-star review. Also, I am looking to establish a long-term relationship with a team of excellent web researchers, because once this project is completed I will have ongoing work.
