South Africa Club contact list

I am looking for people with the ability to compile a contact database related to football in a specific African country. I am seeking a list of the top clubs playing in South African 2nd Tier of football "The National First Division" Then a second list of football clubs playing in the 3rd tier of South African football pyramid with as many contact details as possible.
YOU MUST BE BASED IN AFRICA TO BE AWARDED THIS PROJECT!!!
