Searching the internet and writing a report about tools that help to go to online education

We would like to have a report about the recent tools that can be used to transform an in-class program to be an online program. For example, a university offering their degree in class, what are the tools and techniques that can be used to transform the degree to be online. This can include:
- Lecture recording software (for recorded lectures)
- Tools to give the best live lecture
- Interactions during lectures and sending real time quizzes
- During the recorded session, some quiz may appear (similar to the case in Udacity)
- Having a very good experience for the lecture from video and audio and effects
- Taking attendance for students
- A learning management system
- Some way to make sure no plagiarism of submissions
- proctoring tools for online quizzes and exams

I want the output to be in a form of word or excel file, presented in a good way, including the features of each alternative
