Search web for email and phone number of 4500 companies

We have a file with about 4500 rows containing data of Italian associations, music, art and similar.
The file contains the tax ID, name, address.
We need to retrieve the email address and phone number if present.
We will provide a list of 20 names to allow us to verify the results you can provide.
This is probably a manual reserch over the nes as for each company you have to find the website or facebook page and get th eemail and phone number!
