Search and sourcing for winning products for ebay -- 3
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
Objective
To provide 90 hight tickets winning products per month for the ebay marketplace. You can find them by aliexpress or other marketplace by they need to respects the severals expected points
2 winners products will be provided per hour.
The products must have a selling price on my store between 100 and 500 euros.
List of expected tasks
Search for products to upload with evidence that the product will sell: I will only call on you again if the products have made sales. You must provide the following list of items :
- 3 photos with a white background
You will have to give me an excel for each product with these elements:
- all the characteristics that I will have to upload, an excel must be made with a column that includes all the characteristics to fill and a second with the result.
- Maximum recommended price compared to competitors, The price that you announce must be coherent because if the price is too high, the winner will not be interesting and I will not be able to call upon your services again.
For the supplier, you must take a delivery in France and in 10 days maximum
Process to follow for the renderings
I prefer to waste as little time as possible and that's why I expect you to follow a certain process to deliver your results.
As said before, I would ask you to deliver me an excel with the different information specified above. I will provide you with a template to calculate the prices but also for the information that you will have to fill in and send back to me once the product winner is completed. You will have to give me an excel for each winner product.
Profile required
The qualities expected for this project are :
- Conscientious in the work, you must be concerned and focused on the project. This is the main quality to have, if you don't feel conscientious in your work, please don't answer me because it is an important criterion.
- Autonomous. I would like you to become more autonomous as our collaboration progresses,by understanding my request and not asking me the same questions for each product in order to automate the process and so that our exchanges are the least linked to things that have already been said.
- Good english
- Knowing French because the work requested will require knowing a minimum of French, it is possible with google translation but to produce a title in French for example, you will need to understand the language. I am working on ebay.fr
- Analytical skills, To search for winners on ebay, you must be able to provide me with explanations on the relevance of a product and prove to me with your sources, your figures that the product will be able to sell
Type of partnership
I plan to start with 6 months and then see if the collaboration is still going on but it is a full time job. Of course, I expect you to keep the same quality in your work for all the hours of the project and not only for the first ones, because otherwise I could not do business with you anymore, because I need quality on the long term. I hope you will understand this and in general, I would prefer to go through step-by-step payments so that if the quality is no longer there, I can end our collaboration.
Remuneration
The remuneration is 90$ per month for the 90 winners. This is equivalent to $1 per product.
I don't put a price per hour because it will depend on the number of winner products you can provide me, if you provide me with 3 winner products in 1 hour, you will necessarily be paid more than if you provide me with only one. The reference is 1$ per product found. But I still warn you that all the information must be complete and it must be a real winner product

My selection process is simple, I make the most motivated candidates pass a one-hour test and prove that they have the skills and qualities required for this project. After that, I commit myself to a more or less long term project if the quality remains the same and the results are there.
