Researcher & Contact List Builder, for Youtube Contacts with over 400K Subscribers

Hey! I need a researcher who can find Youtube Creators with over 400K subscribers on Youtube, and use Youtube Memberships. I will need their contact email addresses and Youtube Links. Ideally I can be sent 100-300 contacts.

They should be based in or near LA, USA.

I need assistance on this ASAP, to be completed by May 17th.
