Real estate data collection by calling
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
1. You must read Instruction for Data Collection and the Excel sheet in the link below.

2. Collect several thousand real estate syndicators, sponsors, funds in the US contact info. in the Excel sheet.
3. Call each one of them and collect data from them to populate the Excel sheet.
4. You will be paid $300 for fully populated 3,000 rows in the Excel sheet. This will be done in 6 milestones.
5. You will populate 500 rows in the excel sheet for each milestones and you will get paid $50.00 for each milestone.
6. Time: 3 days to deliver each milestone. Daily update is required.
7. Either party can quit after any miles stone.
8. Note: You might have to make several calls before you can fill in single row in the Excel sheet. You will NOT be paid on the basis of number of calls you make but on the basis of how many rows of data you collected.
9. Video Interview is required.
10. Your Capabilities: You must
a. be capable of making calls to the US and worldwide and receive calls.
b. have video conferencing ability.
c. Have an auto-dialer as Mojo or other.
d. have web scraping tools.
e. be good in digital marketing, online support, etc.
f. be a self-learner, willing to learn by doing online research on new topics as it comes along.
g. Be excellent telemarketer
h. be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word documents.
i. have a high-speed internet connection.
j. be proficient in spoken English. You must be eager to learn, a self-learner
k. Education Level: 4 years college degree holder will be preferred.
