Real Estate SFR Houses, Vacant Land, Commercial Land Valuations
Budget: $10 – $12 USD
I need ARV values based on most priximate sold comps from 24 months back, Minimum 3,4 and Maximum 6 Sold Comps.
Columns that will be required to fill for each property: Only URLs of the comps are needed
and the ARV Value based on those comps,
distance of each comp from subject property,
online esrimated values of subject from the county records assessment value, sites like Zillow, Redfin, Realtor etc
If it is a house, then provide ARV
If Land Only, provide Land Value only.
You can use Online sources for the Comps and County Records for Subject Data.
I will be sending a spreadhseet containing multiple properties (APN and County Name will be provided, Rest of the information will be required for al the mentioned columns in the spreadsheet.
Please only apply if you can help for a long term as there will be valuations needed every week for a couple of months.
Results will be needed within 18-22 Hours when the list is sent to you.
I will send a sample list and if you do it accurately, then I will hire you.
If there is a list of 16 properties, then
My BUDGET is $10 for 16 Valuations
If for example, the list contain 8 properties only, then
$5 for 8 Valuations Completed as they are Quick Valuations.
