Post job openings on various platforms including LinkedIn, as well as select Indian job portals and other relevant platforms.
Ensure postings are optimized for visibility and reach across different platforms.
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including but not limited to social media, professional networks, and online job boards.
Proactively search for passive candidates who align with our company's values and requirements.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Communication and Coordination:
Coordinate with the HR team to schedule interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding the status of job postings and candidate applications.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor the effectiveness of job postings on different platforms and adjust strategies accordingly to improve results.
Track and analyze metrics related to candidate sourcing and application rates.
Provide reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to management as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on posting job openings and sourcing candidates.
Familiarity with various job posting platforms, including LinkedIn and Indian job portals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
