Online search for contactdata of governments (freelancer based in France)

I am looking for a freelancer based in France (or who is originally from France) who is familiar with the government structure and can do an online search, collecting contact data from target city governments.

This search should start in about one week, around December 12th.

You need to speak English fluently and be fulltime available for the job.
