The basic criteria for a potential CEO should be direct involvement in finance and operations Task : Prepare a list of different steel manufacturing organizations across APAC (including India), Europe and Middle East which have a capacity of less than 5 million tonne. Identify potential profiles from different companies which can be offered the role of CEO at the plant in Middle East . ( using linked in etc). So if there is a CEO who is currently the CEO of a steel company which has a capacity of more than 5 million tonne – he / she would not be relevant.
