Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a Hospital Outreach Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to hospitals of varying sizes, starting from the largest to the smallest, within the designated country. Your primary objective will be to pitch our business's free product procurement services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct direct outreach to relevant departments and individuals in hospitals to introduce and explain our free product procurement services.
2. Utilize provided scripts to effectively communicate the benefits of our services, emphasizing the cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements for the hospitals.
3. Collect essential information from hospitals, such as product purchasing details (types, costs, frequency), through provided forms. Assure hospitals that the information gathered will be used solely for optimizing their procurement processes.
4. Collaborate with our internal teams to analyze the collected data and identify cost-effective alternatives that align with the hospitals' requirements and standards.
5. Provide ongoing support to hospitals, answering queries and addressing concerns as they arise.
6. Maintain accurate records of communication and information gathered from each hospital.
Scripts and Training:
- Detailed scripts are available to guide your conversations with hospital staff, ensuring a clear and effective pitch.
- Comprehensive training will be provided to familiarize you with the forms and tasks associated with the role.
