Global client list of Plastics machinery manufacturers and construction equipment buyers

We are looking for a consultant to find a list of global clients who buy plastics manufacturing machines and construction equipment. We are looking for 1000 qualified client names, company name, email address and web site for each machinery division, 1000 from plastics machinery buyers and 1000 from construction equipment buyers. To help in our decision on awarding the project we need a sample of 10 for each machinery division. The sample quality must be 100%. The clients are easily accessible thru simple internet web searches so 100% quality should not be a problem. The sample must be of the highest quality with each client information reliable and current. Only consultants who can deliver quality should consider this opportunity.
