Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) - Research disclosures about one entitie's past shareholding

I need help with a financial researcher to further research:
1. At what price/amount was the exit done by A-PE? (I know it informally that it was at a very low value, but need published proof if available)
2. IF not published proof available, try and get balance sheet of the company from that year (2013) to show the transaction
3. Has company disclosed all there is to disclose regarding this equity write-off? And any other shortcomings?
Let me knwo if you have any questions. I prefer this to be a fixed fee assignment but if scope exceeds above deliverables, we can increase budget later.
