I am in search of freelance HR Recruiters with a wide range of expertise to help me recruit candidates for various positions. The selected individuals will be responsible for finding suitable candidates at all levels - entry, mid, and executive.
The ideal candidate should have experience across a variety of industries, including but not limited to IT, Banking, Real estate, and BPO. Candidates are expected to have solid knowledge of the recruitment process and be able to deliver quality candidates in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment for entry, mid, and executive roles
- Understanding and meeting the unique requirements of each industry
- Sourcing candidates through various channels
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates' eligibility
- Providing a diverse pool of qualified candidates
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter
- Knowledge of various industries such as IT, Banking, Real estate, and BPO
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the full cycle recruitment process
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
