Cross-Platform Freelancer Recruitment for House Renovation in the Netherlands

We are seeking a skilled and efficient freelancer from Freelancer.com who can undertake the unique task of recruiting additional freelancers from Zhaopin.com. The final aim is to form a team capable of renovating a residential property in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Recruitment: Your first task will be to identify and recruit competent freelancers from Zhaopin.com. These freelancers should have experience in recruitment or human resources.
Secondary Recruitment: The freelancers from Zhaopin.com will be responsible for recruiting skilled workers in the construction and renovation sectors. These workers will be the ones actually performing the renovation tasks in the Netherlands.
Coordination and Communication: You will act as the primary point of contact between us (the project owners), the freelancers from Zhaopin.com, and eventually, the recruited workers. Fluent English and, if possible, basic Dutch and Chinese language skills are preferred for effective communication.
Project Management: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring timelines are met and candidates meet the required skill set.
