Bing Click Fraud Analysis
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have an Excel spreadsheet with a list of publishers that have displayed my Bing Ads on the ad network as "Search Partners", etc. Most of these are click fraud and search manipulation. I require an analysis of these and identification of the most significant bad actors involved, ideally by name and organization, for remedial action (specifically to include assisting Bing fraud investigation, although U.S. entities would likely be subject to legal action and prosecution).
Review an Excel spreadsheet of 1,125 Bing Ad Partner Network Publishers, visit sites, document site with screengrab, research owners/operators of multiple sites, document in Excel, create powerpoint presentation detailing these scammers -- ideally by name and/or company/corporate identity/locale.
Deliverables:
1. Visit each website (1,125 sites) and categorize as to the type of monetization in use [partner search, click bait, blog/display network, inaccessible, etc]
2. Research actual entity/site owner information & Document in spreadsheet
3. Take screen grab of site & scrape contact info for site
4. Add screen grabs/links to powerpoint presentation detailing "bad actors" operating a network of similar sites)
5. Research whois, on-site privacy / CCPA / TOS pages to scrape contact info of organization.
6. Research entities in corporation wiki and state records, as well as LinkedIn and other sources, including search for contact information.
7. Document information found, and deliver powerpoint and updated spreadsheet.
8. Document HEAVY offenders operating multiple scam sites on the list
9. Additional materials as per best practices.
