Administrative Assistant
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
Reliable, organised, trustworthy and experienced admin assistant sought to join mission-driven small business that supports medical research and the reduction of animal use in labs by providing human specimens for research.
The role may include the following tasks, but activities may vary according to our business needs from day to day:
Emailing clients, keeping a CRM (Monday.com) up to date
Inputting data into application forms and vendor registration forms
Sending, chasing and monitoring the execution of legal documents and contracts
Redacting commercially sensitive documents
Updating systems on a daily basis
Liaising with clients and senior management to arrange teleconferences across different time zones
The role is offered on a self-employed basis with the potential to become a part time salaried position after a probationary period.
Hours are worked flexibly and paid at a rate of £11-£13 per hour.
20 hours per week and overtime may be available at the same rate.
We work mainly with the US, so having at least 2 hours availability per day at some point after 6pm daily is desirable.
Attention to detail, a great work ethic and enthusiasm for our mission are essential, as are experience working with Excel and Google Mail.
