webscrapping tool that searches for the privacy policy on any website

Hi,
I need a script that if provided a website's domain name can search for the privacy policy on any websites and return the URL of the Privacy Policy Page and the Content. If it can't colect the content due to security reason, then it shuld return a standard string, link a simply sentence, such as "Can Not Access Content" that says so.
i have attached Examples to test against - so script should be able to fine coresponding "privacy policy" URLs if provided with the domain of the site, as per attachment.
