web scrapping a page

I have a simple project for you, I would need a web scrapper for gas station for Blockchain.
There are different Blockchain platforms with different gas stations, I would need to be able to collect the data 24 hour so I can make good assumption.
The website example to scrap is: https://polygonscan.com/gastracker
I need to store gas prices, block size, utilization, and pending queue.
I would like to store the data in a csv file and I can access to it in real-time.
Please let me know if you can help me with this.
