web scraping and email verification

Hi
in an excel file (with 9000 rows, with about 4000 doubles) with the following columns:
SECTOR
COMPANY_NAME
CITY
CONTRY
PHONE
WEBSITE
GENDER
NAME+SURNAME
NAME
SURNAME
PERSONAL EMAIL
JOB_TITLE
LINKEDIN url

1) delete double lines (same person reported twice) and thus have a file with about 5000 lines
2) complete the columns (for example by writing the gender, or by writing name and surname in the cell)
The columns are already 96% complete. Only a few need to be completed.
3) check if the linkedin url is correct and/or find the linkedin url and write the right job title

4) check the emails and if they are wrong look for the correct one

IMPORTANT: I want you to explain HOW TO VERIFY THE EMAILS in the offer ... the ideal would be to send a fake email to see if the email is correct
