web scraping

I'm looking for a Freelancer to do web scraping on multiple specific websites for us, on a daily basis. Our requirement is for text data, which we will use to power our business operations. The scrape should be able to handle sites of any size and have the ability to collect data quickly and accurately. We expect the job to be done with minimal disruption to the websites that we mention. Additionally, we expect for the extracted data to be easily digestible by our system. It would be great if the finished data came in a comma-separated values (CSV) or any other format we dictate beforehand. Confidentiality is paramount and the data extracted should not be tampered with, shared with anyone outside of our organization, or used in any way that could put us at risk.
