R script editing

I am looking for someone to help with R script. Most of the script is there, but there are a few bits in the code which require extracting information from online databases. I can't get this to work. The task involves getting the code up and running so that it generates the csv output file at the end of the code. The two main inputs that i can't get to work are 'clay' - i think this extracts information from the library(slga) and the weather file. This extracts data from an online weather file located on long paddock website. Please get code running so that all i have to do is change the directory and it's ready to go.
