scrapping data from a public website

The goal of this project is to design and implement a script that can extract relevant data from the https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/parcelles-en-agriculture-biologique-ab-declarees-a-la-pac/ website, I need a script to download all the zips and extract them then upload them to S3.
