scraping websites with the information going into a database

I am in need of a freelancer to scrape specific websites and store the information in a database. I am not sure if I need the data to be cleaned and organized or what type of database I prefer this information to be stored in. The freelancer must be able to crawl and gather all the necessary information from the website and store it accurately in a database.
