scrape directory sites

We have about 25 educational sites that we need scraped for particular emails. Each site has an average of about 5,000 emails; the sites are relatively similar so that scraping strategies used on one will often be useful for other, similar sites. We want the data in an excel file, with name, email address and source website. This is not a manual collection project,
