A program which runs a link every 6 minutes to extract data from a server and to save the retrieved data

I have a url from our online database which is used to extract the stored data on a server, in the url there is a from and to date which we have to enter for every 5 days for example www.xyz-01-jan-2019-05-jan-2019.com and once the url is executed the data is shown which can be downloaded in the csv format and then converted to a .xls file so it can be accessed. once this is done we need to execute the same link after 6 minutes as the server can be accessed only once in 5 to 6 minutes with the next date which is 6th of jan to 10th of jan.
This program needs to run till all the data is retrieved from the date specified by me and all the data retrieved is to be saved in a single excel file.
This process is being done manually right now by changing the date and copy pasting the data one by one

My requirement is to automate it and let it run as the link can be executed only roughly 140 times in a day as we need to extract the last 3 years data and also use the program on a day to day basis
