need someone to add proxy in my selenium script and also connect phone api to it

if you can make a text.file containing my specific proxy and it fetch to script and opens chrome with new proxy everytime as its a loop that will work and i need to connect my phone api to it to read sms

script is in python and selenium

i will pay if your codes works good as its a small project so alot of scammers will approch so i would like my project to finish first and after that i can pay, it will take 1-2 hours as my script is ready just need 2 things more
