I need a social listening/web scraping tool to detect keywords using boolean logic

I need a social listening/web scraping tool that detects keywords/text strings according to boolean logic. The tool would detect and return news articles, social media comments, forum posts etc. that match specific keyword criteria. I would then like to use this data to generate a daily newsletter, wherein the items that meet the criteria are listed. Familiarity with the Twitter API and Newsboat/RSS feed filtering would be helpful for this project.
