I need a list of influencer's emails

I need a list, as big as possible, of influencers' emails... anyone that:

1. lives in the US
2. has used the hashtag #influencer in at least one post
3. has more than 20,000 followers on Instagram OR Tik Tok

Please write in your cover letter:

1. how you plan to find and scrape these emails
2. also include the word "panda" so I know you didn't just send a template
3. how much you would charge for how many emails...
