make software in VB.NET/C# that scrapes products from olx.ro site

I am looking for a freelancer who can make a software that can scrape from the search link, product names+ prices + link to product page+small image of the product on the olx.ro site. here is an example of a search https://www.olx.ro/electronice-si-electrocasnice/componente-laptop-pc/hard-disk-uri/q-ssd/
The data should be formatted in CSV format and I would like the scraped data to be updated weekly.
On later rescan it must update only the price and see which links are missing from last time scan, if a link is missing, it will mark it as sold and add it in a csv file with those sold products separate for that search. it should be able to scrape thousands of products. it should have a column yes/no if the price was negociable or not. it should get the image of the ad too. it should be able to scan multiple search links one after another, i should be able to check in a checkbox which ones to scan when i press the scan button. the user interface should show the csv files and list of searched links. I am a coder myself but i don't have time for this software. write "hi7" as the first word in your bid.
