mail & PDF parser.io set up including merging data into a database as well as pushing to My Maps

I am looking to set up an automated system to parse both emails and PDFs, and have the data extracted merged into a database. The email service I will be using is Outlook, and the type of data I want to extract from the PDFs is both text and images. I have yet to decide on a particular database system for data merging. I am also looking for assistance in pushing the data onto My Maps.
