The interface must connect every day to update its database.
The following information should appear in a table: The price, the number of rooms, the area, the city, the department, the title of the ad, the number of days from which the ad is online (to be incremented by + 1 per day from the first view), the evolution of the price, the price per square meter and a button allowing the display of a graph to see the evolution of the price of the property since it went online.
Columns must be sortable in ascending or descending order.
Filters must be put in place to refine the refinement of the search (city, type of property, minimum area, maximum area, minimum price, maximum price).
Finally, when you click on the title of the ad, the hyperlink must redirect to the announcement on the original site (LeBonCoin or SeLoger).
Ads that have been gone for 2 months should automatically remove the ad from the program's database.
