AI to handle scraped data

I will be scraping websites, and then I need to identify lists of products. For example an auto dealer website, I would identify the list of cars. For real estate, it would be a property etc. So it can then return the structured product data of any given website.

I am interested in the AI for the scraped data, and perhaps the scraper also. It all needs to be accessible via rest API.
