build a chrome extension to gather data for a AI based web crawler

I am looking to build a Chrome extension to gather data for a AI based web crawler. Specifically, the extension should be able to capture interactions, mouse clicks, elements clicked, and form submissions. I am open to suggestions for the web crawler,and the expected volume of data to be handled by the extension and crawler is small scale (less than 1GB).
