The tool must have two major functionalities:
1. Scraping and Monitoring Ads:

• Full description text
• Property type (apartment, house, etc.)
• Furnished status (yes/no)

• GES (greenhouse gas emissions)
• Internal reference code (if any)
• Detect when ads are closed (sold, rented, or removed).
• Export the results into a clear Excel file (.xlsx), including:
• Column for “Charges included” (Yes/No)
• Column for the amount of charges (if provided)
2. Automated Posting of New Ads:
• Automatically fill in the Leboncoin ad submission form.
• Automatically upload photos.
• Automatically submit the ad.
• Handle or alert if a captcha or verification step appears.
Technical Requirements:
• No specific programming language or framework imposed: the developer is free to choose the best-suited technologies.
• The use of a VPN is mandatory to prevent IP blocking and ensure continuous operation.
• The developer must choose and configure an appropriate VPN solution compatible with automation (for example NordVPN, Mullvad, or a similar professional-grade service).
• The tool should allow scheduling (e.g., automatic daily scraping).
