api? get data from email and put it in software to make an estimate

Hello all,

Our company gets leads through 3 different lead generators.
The leads we get per mail.

We want to make it so that the lead information (customer details)
will be placed in the software that we use to make an estimate.

The lead generators we use are:
Homedeal.nl
Slimster.nl
Offertevergelijken.nl
