Zillow Data Extraction Tool Development
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am seeking a skilled web scraper/developer to create a tool that will specifically extract data from Zillow. As a trusted online real estate marketplace, Zillow holds a wealth of property data that I need to acquire for my project.
Key Deliverables:
I need you to extract the address, price of the property and the contact information for all the houses on Zillow listed as for sale by owner that are listed for at least $10,000 less than their estimated market value.
Afterwards, I need the information in a csv file formatted address, price, phone number.
I want you to scrape every house listed for sale by owner on the entire website.
You will have to write the script to scrape the website and then deliver the csv file to me.
Afterwards, I want you to run the script once a month and deliver me an updated csv file each month.
Of course I will pay you the first time when you create the script and deliver the first csv file. then
we can work something out for the payment of running the script and delivering a new file each month.
Schedule:
There is no set deadline for this project. I prefer a quality result over speed, therefore, I am more than willing to accommodate your development timeline.
