Word counts, text exports, and main image URLs—for 139 URLs from the same website, and all the same format

Quick turnaround required (hours).
I have a list of 139 URLs of the same format from our own website (all press releases), but we need some fast analysis and export today.
I have attached an example PDF of one of the pages, annotated with the analysis (word count, main image URL) and text we need.
I have also attached an Excel spreadsheet so that you can just fill that in with the results.
The export element is just part of each page to a text file, and a hyperlink to that text file in the spreadsheet. You can share these text files with us on Google Drive or similar. I am open to suggestions.
How fast could you do this today please? I need it in a few hours max.
