Wine Data Scraping Setup

I need a scraper to collect wine product data from 3 gated websites using my account. The data should be organised in Excel google doc and updated weekly.

Requirements:
- Scrape specific categories: French and Italian wines
- Setup for weekly updates
- Excel doc to show changes from previous week
- Each site has approx 500 products
