Wikipedia scraper

I have some code that pulls data from Wikipedia and DBpedia and outputs the results in JSON. The code needs some refinement and I would like to have a web interface that will allow a user to review and edit the data before the final JSON code is generated (for submission to an API to a database).
The code may also need to reference geonames.org to collect geocoordinates for wikipedia data that does not include this information.
The web interface should also query the database for possible duplicate or related records and present them to the user with an option to merge with or overwrite the existing data.
