I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with a website scraping project.

I need someone with experience in data scraping and web crawling to extract data from a website to extract data for 3 bed 2 bath townhomes which has no basement.

1. Extract for sold properties
2. Extract for listed properties

Data Refresh:
- The data needs to be refreshed once daily.

Data Storage:
- I need the data to be stored permanently in Grafana
And have a time series graph
Skills and Experience:
- Strong expertise in data scraping and web crawling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Experience working with APIs and web scraping frameworks.
- Familiarity with data storage and database management systems.
