Website scraper and data extraction

We are a start up that requires a scraping tool that will extract key pieces of infomation. The website that we need to scrap requires a login (which we have) and the primary key is a unique company registartion number which we have. We need the scraper to enter the unique company registration number and extract two lines of data (potentially five collums) and download this. Some collums will have data, some will not. There are approximately 5,000 unique entries we want to run this across.
