24/7 Website Scraper for New Listings

I'm in need of software that can continuously run and scrape websites for new listings. The targeted websites are Craigslist, Copart, IAAI.com, and OVE.com. The software needs to:
- Scrape Craigslist for car listings based on a specified keyword and price.
- Filter 'Buy It Now' leads only from Copart and IAAI.
- Use a specific filter for results on OVE.
The software should send only new results to my email as they get posted, along with the URL for each listing (not in Excel). Speed is crucial; I need to receive these results as quickly as possible. The software must run 24/7 without interruption.
